Small actions make lasting changes

Habit Hub is a behaviour-science inspired platform designed to help you build healthier routines for your mind, body, and productivity, one small habit at a time. Because small habits lead to big changes.

Meet the Founder

Habit Hub was founded by Danny Clark, a wellbeing adviser at one of the UK’s leading independent schools and is currently an MSc Health Psychology student at University College London (UCL). Danny also holds a BSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology.

Through his work supporting young people, alongside his academic research in health, and exercise psychology, Danny observed a consistent challenge: many people understand the habits that could improve their lifestyle- such as drinking more water, moving more, reducing screen time, or taking regular breaks - yet turning those intentions into consistent daily actions prove to be difficult.

Habit Hub was created to bridge that gap.

Each Habit Hub card is built around a simple idea: small daily actions can have a powerful impact on your health, mindset, and productivity. But the habits in the deck aren’t just suggestions. They are grounded in research from health psychology and behavioural science.

If you’re curious about why these habits work, this section breaks down the science behind them.

Discover how hydration affects energy and focus, why reducing morning screen time can improve attention, how short movement breaks support both body and brain, and why small behavioural changes are often the most effective way to build lasting routines.

Click on any habit to explore the research, insights, and practical explanations behind the cards, and see how small habits can lead to meaningful change.
